Charming, stylish, juicy.
PTG stands for Passe-Tout-Grains, which refers to the classic Burgundian wine combining the region's two red varieties, Gamay and Pinot Noir.
It is a consistently stylish and charming red with a nose of tangy red fruit, tealeaf, fine spice and white pepper, leather and sous bois with floral undertones. It is a medium-bodied wine, juicy and fine boned and a perfect food wine.
Pair: Charcuterie, salmon or creamy mushroom and herb tagliatelle.
